I've been around plants and herbalism my entire life. During my childhood, if I had a bump, bruise or scrape, out would come the St. John's Wort oil. I have always had an interest in nutrition and how plants can be allies for us. So when I became ill in my late 20s, I turned to plants. I became curious about the science behind how plants can help us. I continually seek out and soak up as much information as I can. The more I learn about plants, the more I am completely in awe of them. When it comes to plants, I believe there's a place where science and magic can meet.

Between years of self-study, experimentation, and learning from multiple resources, I have taken my herbal knowledge and put it into practice in my personal and professional life.
