Conscious Land Acknowledgement:

Take a moment to connect to the land beneath you: the pulsating hum of the Earth; sense the subtle vibration of the ground at your feet; sync up to the very rhythm of a people who came before, who still endure today. Realize that, in every moment, wherever you go, you (just like your ancestors) are always directly over the centre of the Earth. In this space of deep awareness, acknowledge all those who have cared for these lands, upon which lives have been lived and stories have been told, being passed from one generation to the next, since the beginning of time. Let us call on our forebears today—for their healing energies to be felt and their wisdom to be fully present. May we always find our way back to this Truth, walking together as we honour the sacredness of this journey and the teachings that unite us as one human family.
